Experience (AVP – TA): 12+ Years (with 3+ years in a TA leadership role)
Key Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
12–15 years of experience in technology hiring, with robust exposure to Fintech, Tech Product, or BFSI sectors
Proven track record in leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
Solid experience in technical hiring and vendor management.
Expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and process excellence.
