We are hiring for Mandarin Langugae Expert (Chinese) for our client based in Gurgaon location. The canidate will be a key member of the Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), supporting regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with administrative HR processes.

Exp : 1-5yrs

Location : Gurgaon

Work Mode : Hybrid

Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining personnel records in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
Supporting onboarding and background verification including induction plans and welcome communications.
Managing employee documentation requests including verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
A graduation degree.
Experience working in a qualified services or multinational setting.
Fluent verbal and written English language skills are required. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is also essential, as this role involves supporting China
