We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Manager – Sales & Business Development to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for promoting gate entrance solutions, access control systems, and automation products while building solid customer relationships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent business leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and client visits.
Promote and sell gate entrance solutions, access control systems, and automation products.
Build strong client relationships, acquire current customers, and identify market opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain regular sales performance reports.
