We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate has solid analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, a deep understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP), and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and ledger balances on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Process payroll and ensure timely tax withholdings and filings (if applicable).
Maintain accurate inventory, fixed asset,



and depreciation schedules.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and tax regulations.
Support external auditors by preparing necessary schedules and financial documentation.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Xero).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).
Robust knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and robust organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
