Job Summary

Bright Venture Consultancy is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle retail sales, assist customers, and maintain an attractive store setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Promote products, upsell items, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Assist with billing, customer queries, exchanges, and returns.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat sales

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or counter sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.
Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
Basic computer and POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
Basic Computer Knowledge Required
