Detailed understanding and working experience on Avionics Systemsoftware and Certification.
Experience in the development of any or multiple Aircraft functions like Displays, Flight Management, Communication & Navigation, Flight Controls, Cybersecurity is required.
Analysis of customer and operational requirements to define systems architecture, capture requirements, perform integration/systems/functional testing, and conduct design reviews.
Ability to develop, validate and verify system level requirements for flight deck avionic programs.
Trouble shoot current systems interfaces and performance problems.
Lead or assist in coordinating engineering review activities associated with SRR, PDR and CDR milestones.
Able to work with a diverse group of team members who could be geographically distributed.




Interfaces with stakeholders outside of their CoE, including Equipment Engineering Teams, Customer Engineering Leads (CEL), SPE, LSE, ASL, other engineering.
Positive Understanding of Avionics architecture (HW and Systems).
Experience with Agile development processes.
Knowledge of AGILE tools. IBM Rational DOORS NG Requirements Management tool, Atlassian JIRA Change management tool.
Anticipate problems, recognize, and eliminate barriers.
Keep management apprised of program status and roadblocks.
Manage efforts based on priorities, availability, and commitments.
