About the Role : The Brands Place (Bajrang Chowk, Aurangabad) is hiring an energetic, friendly, and reliable Store Sales & Billing Executive to join our retail team. We are looking for someone who excels at building instant rapport with customers, driving sales through smart cross-selling and up-selling, managing computer billing/accounting accurately, and working closely with both store partners on daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities : First-Class Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide an enjoyable, cheerful shopping experience that keeps them coming back.

Sales, Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Recommend complementary and premium products to customers to maximize store sales and customer satisfaction.

Computer Billing & Accounting: Handle daily POS/computer billing, reconcile cash/digital payments,



and resolve any billing or accounting discrepancies promptly.

Store Operations Support: Assist both store partners directly with inventory organization, store display, stock checks, and day-to-day shop tasks.

Requirements : Robust interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful, customer-first attitude.

Hands-on proficiency in computer billing and basic retail accounting.

Prior retail sales experience with a knack for cross-selling and up-selling is preferred.

Proactive team player willing to pitch in across all store activities.
