Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, well-organised, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, counsel prospective parents, and support the school's student enrolment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Schedule school visits, campus tours, and interactions with the academic team.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to support admission campaigns and outreach activities.




Achieve assigned admission targets and prepare regular admission reports.
Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the admission process.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
Experience in the education or school sector will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Valuable follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and data management.
Target-oriented approach with a professional and parent-friendly attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
