Job Title: Metallurgist – Lab In‑Charge

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Metallurgist to lead our laboratory operations. The role involves managing metallurgical testing, quality assurance, and process improvement, with a focus on supporting automotive and steel industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day lab operations and testing activities.
Conduct metallurgical analysis, failure investigations, and material characterization.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
Drive process improvements and support R&D; initiatives.
Manage lab team, equipment calibration, and reporting.

Candidate Profile
9–10 years of metallurgical experience in auto or steel industry.
Solid knowledge of material properties, heat treatment,



and metallurgical testing methods.
Proven ability to lead lab operations and manage teams.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
