About the Role
Manage end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance across multiple manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for staff, workers, and contract employees
Calculate OT, OD, incentives, arrears and deductions
File PF, ESIC, PT and LWF returns on time
Handle joiner, exit and Full & Final settlements
Maintain statutory registers and ensure labour law compliance
Verify contractor compliance and bills
Support audits and labour inspections
Requirements
Graduate / PG (B.Com, BBA, MBA-HR, PGDHRM)
3 to 7 years in payroll and compliance with multiple plants
Robust knowledge of OT, OD, PF, ESIC, Bonus and Gratuity
Hands-on with PF/ESIC portals and payroll software
Valuable MS Excel skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
