Job Responsibilities:
Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines for precision machining components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
Set up jobs, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
Perform tool offsets, work offsets, and basic program corrections.
Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain production targets, quality standards, and machine safety.
Identify machining defects and report machine or tooling issues to the supervisor.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the shop floor.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in VMC operation and CNC machining.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T; basics, and cutting tools.
Experience with Fanuc / Siemens controllers preferred.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and in-process inspection.
