Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and complaints.
Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with customer concerns.
Explain the required repairs, servicing, and maintenance to customers.
Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer approval before starting work.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely service.
Monitor repair progress and provide service updates to customers.
Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
Explain the repair work completed and the final bill to customers.
Maintain service records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
