Cold Email Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Cold Email Lead Generation Executive to build targeted B2B prospect lists and generate qualified business prospects through email outreach. The role focuses on researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, maintaining accurate databases, and managing cold email campaigns for our IT and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities include:
Research potential clients using Google Maps, LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and prospecting tools.
Identify Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, and Marketing Heads.
Use AI tools and data enrichment platforms to find and verify business contact information.
Build, clean, deduplicate, and segment targeted prospect databases.
Support email infrastructure setup, including sending domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email warm-up.
Create and manage cold email campaigns with personalized messages and automated follow-up sequences.
Monitor email deliverability, bounces, spam complaints, inbox placement, replies, and campaign performance.
Maintain unsubscribe and suppression lists and follow applicable email marketing requirements.
Track interested prospects and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.




Maintain accurate outreach records using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in cold email outreach, B2B lead generation, email prospecting, or campaign management preferred.
