We are hiring Relationship Manager for General Insurance Broking Agency.
Generate new business through Field Sales (FOS) activities.
Identify and acquire recent customers through direct sales, references, and market visits.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance products.
Handle products such as Motor, Health, SME, Corporate & Commercial Insurance.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Coordinate with the internal operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance and renewals.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into business.
Ensure timely renewal of existing policies and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with positive market knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
