We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stainless steel household and pet products manufacturing unit in Wazirpur, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and ensure orders are completed on time.
Manage factory workers, allocate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate purchases and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
Supervise polishing, finishing and packaging, including product stickers, labels and packaging materials.
Coordinate with external job workers and track work until completion.
Ensure timely dispatch and shipment of orders.
Maintain daily updates on production, pending work and dispatches.
Monitor product quality and minimise material wastage.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in factory management or production supervision.
Experience in stainless steel, utensils, household products or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
Robust coordination, follow-up and labour management skills.
Ability to manage factory operations independently.
