Core Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Skillfully operate espresso machines, grind coffee beans to accurate measurements, steam and froth milk (including plant-based alternatives), and craft beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and teas following exact recipes.
Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders, guide customers through the menu, offer recommendations, and handle payments efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Quality Control: Monitor coffee extraction times, taste test shots regularly, and ensure every drink meets the establishment’s standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the bar, counter space, and seating area spotless. Clean and backflush espresso machines, empty coffee grounds, wash dishes, and restock supplies throughout the shift.
Cash Handling & Inventory: Manage register drawers, process cash and digital transactions, and assist with inventory tracking (e.g., milk, cups, syrups, coffee beans).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
