Role Summary
The DSR manages an assigned sales territory and is responsible for growing business and margin through existing and new accounts.
The role builds strong customer relationships and delivers sales plans within agreed Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Overdue (OD) targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the assigned territory and own customer relationships.
Drive business development, growth and margin.
Identify and network with prospective clients, and generate business from existing accounts.
Deliver the business plan within DSO and OD % targets.
Ensure business and market share growth over the long term, in line with company strategy.
Implement management techniques consistently and rigorously, and manage customers as partners. Skills and Competencies
