Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for solar energy solutions, from lead generation to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and follow up on leads through various channels like networking, referrals, and online inquiries.
Meet with potential customers to understand their energy needs, educate them on the benefits of solar power, and answer questions.
Conduct in office surveys to evaluate feasibility, gather technical information for solar installations.
Negotiate contracts, handle objections and close deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure a seamless project from sales to completion.




Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support and generating referrals.
Track sales activities and report progress to Head Sales.
Stay updated on the latest solar industry trends, technologies, government policies, subsidies and financing options.
Required Skills
Proven sales experience skills
Basic understanding of solar products, systems and basic electrical principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
