We are hiring an experienced VMC Setter cum Operator cum The ideal candidate should be capable of independently setting, and operating VMC machines while ensuring high-quality production, accuracy, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Set up VMC machines, including fixtures, cutting tools, work offsets, and tool offsets.
Operate VMC machines to produce components according to engineering drawings.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and GD&T.;
Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
Monitor machining operations to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues.
Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–8 years of experience as a VMC Setter, VMC Operator.
Experience with Fanuc or Mitsubishi VMC controls is preferred.
Ability to independently handle complete VMC programming, setup, and production.
Positive understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
