We are looking for a structured and passion-driven Learning and Development (L&D;) Officer to support the growth, capability building, and skilled evolution of our workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for mapping out annual training cycles, identifying skills gaps, administering our Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinating impact-driven educational programs.

The ideal candidate blends solid project management abilities with deep empathy for adult learning needs, ensuring that our team members have the resources they need to thrive and hit both personal and organizational milestones.

Core Responsibilities:
Identify Training Needs: Conduct organization-wide training needs analyses (TNA) by surveying employees, evaluating performance data, and consulting with department heads to pinpoint critical skills gaps.
Coordinate Programs: Oversee the logistical execution of internal workshops, e-learning paths, job-shadowing initiatives, and third-party vendor sessions.
Manage LMS Infrastructure: Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses are up to date, accessible,



and tracked accurately.
Content Curation & Creation: Assist in designing instructional materials, user guides, digital modules, and interactive onboarding toolkits tailored to up-to-date learning styles.
Track Metrics & ROI: Collect training feedback, monitor completion rates, and run analytics reports to evaluate program effectiveness and report on business impact.
Vendor Management: Source, vet, and maintain relationships with external coaches, trainers, and educational software providers under budget constraints.
Support Career Pathing: Partner with the broader HR team to design clear development paths that support succession planning and talent retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
