Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in lead generation or sales preferred

Key Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals




Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and generate interest
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and prospects for lead development
Prepare reports on lead generation activities and provide insights to improve processes
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Build and maintain relationships with leads to understand their needs and challenges
