Job Summary:

The Café Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth functioning, valuable customer service, staff coordination, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and work performance.
Allocate duties to café associates and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the outlet.
Ensure proper stock management and timely reporting of shortages.
Monitor product quality and ensure all items are served as per company standards.
Ensure the café is operational and ready for business as per scheduled timings.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor online orders and coordinate with delivery platforms whenever required.
Ensure proper use of café equipment and report any maintenance issues.




Maintain daily operational records, stock reports, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with the Café Manager and Operations Team regarding staff, stock, and operational issues.
Ensure employees follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, or food and beverage operations.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operational activities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management, hygiene, and customer service.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
