Job Summary

Raniwala Jewellers is looking for a agile and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.




Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, client feedback, and business development activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and business development within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of jewellery products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
