Notch Automation Private Limited is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell automatic gate motor systems for residential properties.
The role involves visiting residential areas, approaching homeowners, explaining the benefits of automatic sliding and swing gates, and generating sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential areas and approach homeowners directly.
Promote and sell automatic sliding and swing gate motor systems.
Identify potential customers and generate leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident in approaching recent customers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Languages: English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Previous field sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Product training will be provided. No technical experience is required.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
First 5 motors sold: ₹1,000 incentive per motor.
6th motor onwards: ₹1,500 incentive per motor.
Unlimited earning potential through sales incentives.
Incentives are calculated monthly on completed sales with customer payments received.
