We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with robust expertise in Sales Campaigns and a performance-driven approach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on sales, conversions, and ROI.

Candidates with experience in the e-commerce industry are preferred

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research, develop negative keyword lists, and structure campaigns and ad groups for optimal performance.
Create and test ad copy, assets, and extensions to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve target CPA and ROAS.
Set up, verify, and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement data-driven optimizations.
Ensure ads and landing pages comply with Google Ads policies.
Collaborate with the design and web teams to improve landing page performance and conversions.
Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports,



highlighting key insights and recommended actions.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, or increasing sales volume (please share relevant examples).
Robust knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign data using Excel or Google Sheets.
Valuable written English for ad copy creation and performance reporting.
Google Ads certification is preferred.

Nice to Have
Experience managing Meta Ads or other paid advertising channels.
Experience in the e-commerce industry.
Familiarity with landing page A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur, S.A.S Nagar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
