Job Description
We are hiring experienced AR Callers with US Healthcare Medical Billing experience for our Physician Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) processes.
Responsibilities:
Contact US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
Check claim status and resolve payment-related issues.
Handle insurance denials and claim rejections.
Maintain follow-up records and work towards achieving process targets.
Communicate effectively with US insurance representatives. Required Skills
Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB). Solid verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance claim follow-up.
Willingness to work night shifts and work from the office.
