The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising installation and execution activities of Prefabricated Buildings, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) Structures, and other steel structure projects across India while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation and execution of Prefab, PEB, and LGSF projects at site locations.
Study and interpret structural drawings, erection drawings, and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and factory teams.
Monitor site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
Manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials at site.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
Identify and resolve site execution issues.
Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Prefab Construction Systems.
Knowledge of PEB Structures and LGSF Construction.
Understanding of structural steel erection and installation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Robust site management and team handling skills.
Positive communication and reporting abilities.
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in Prefab, PEB, LGSF, or Steel Structure projects.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
