Experience Required
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Enter daily sales, purchase, and expense bills in Tally.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data.
Record invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Verify bills and supporting documents before posting entries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Tally.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect accounting documents.
Ensure timely and error-free posting of financial transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience in accounting data entry is preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (Mandatory).
Knowledge of sales, purchase, and expense bill entries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Valuable data entry speed and accuracy.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial records.
