The Baxsaa Co, a premium printing and packaging company in Lower Parel, Mumbai, is hiring an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST-related work, reconciliations and financial records.
We are looking for someone with robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime who can handle routine accounting responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Handle purchase and sales invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.
Manage accounts payable, receivable and outstanding balances.
Perform bank, customer and vendor ledger reconciliations.
Prepare GST working, GSTR-2B reconciliation and TDS calculations.
Maintain Professional Tax records and coordinate statutory compliance with the CA.
Follow up on customer outstanding payments and maintain vendor payment schedules.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS using Excel.
Assist in monthly closing, documentation and audits.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and reconciliations.
Valuable Excel skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to manage daily accounts independently.
Commerce graduate preferred.
Manufacturing or trading company experience will be an added advantage.
Joining Preference: Immediate to 30 days.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
