Strong knowledge of blood testing and crossmatching methods (especially gel card method)
Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping
Positive communication and teamwork
Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)
Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in MLT
