Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities :
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Maintain cash, bank and expense records.
Assist in preparing GST-related data and documentation.
Assist with TDS-related accounting and documentation.
Maintain proper records of purchase and sales transactions.
Track outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with concerned departments.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime.




Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of debit, credit, journal entries and ledger maintenance.
Basic knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
