LaunchBridge Global India Private Limited is hiring an experienced Accountant to support the day-to-day financial administration of our growing operations in Thiruvananthapuram.

The role will focus on maintaining accurate books and supporting records, while coordinating with the Company’s external accountant and compliance professionals for statutory filings and higher-level accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily income, expenses, receipts, invoices and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Record accounting entries using Tally/Zoho Books or other approved accounting software.
Maintain organised physical and digital files for bills, vouchers, invoices and financial documents.
Prepare periodic income and expense summaries for management review.
Maintain supporting records required for GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with the Company’s external accountant, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary when required.
Support payroll-related accounting records and statutory deductions.




Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and follow up internally where required.
Assist with basic budgeting, cash-flow records and management reporting.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information.
Support other reasonable finance and administrative duties related to the role.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
B.Com or other relevant commerce/accounting qualification preferred.
Practical knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel and accounting records.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy and document management.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with external accounting specialists.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
