Soft Skills required:
Having a Science or Chemistry background is a must. Should have technical knowledge & valuable experience in Laboratory equipment / Consumables.
Having positive knowledge of submitting online tenders in Supplier Portal such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / iSupplier, Coupa, Jaggaer etc.
Fluent in English language to send emails to customers/suppliers
Valuable Knowledge of using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
Organized and Punctual
NOTE:
Our company is involved in the scientific and laboratory sector, therefore experience in this field will be preferred and considered.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing sales quotations on MS Word/MS Excel/MS Outlook
E-mail marketing of our products
Regular follow-up on the status of submitted quotations by email
Submitting online tenders in Supplier Portal such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Jaggaer etc.
