We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations across multiple locations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Recruit candidates for different positions across multiple locations.
Coordinate employee onboarding, offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with branch managers and team leaders regarding staffing requirements.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR-related issues.
Monitor employee performance and support HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with management for recruitment updates and HR reports.
Travel to different branches when required for recruitment and HR activities.
Requirements
Master Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment portals, MS Office, and basic HR documentation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel to different locations when required.
