Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all resort departments.
Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
Support HR policies, staff welfare, and performance management.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or MBA in HR / Human Resources.
Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations and recruitment.
Hospitality or resort industry experience preferred.
Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR practices.
Ability to work independently in a resort workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
