Job Responsibilities
Clarifying project objectives, deliverables, and constraints with clients and design teams.
Developing detailed cost baselines, factoring in materials, labor and contingencies.
Creating comprehensive project timelines to map out dependencies.
Managing the flow of blueprints and shop drawings between architects and fabrication team.
Suggesting alternative materials or fabrication methods to lower costs without compromising structural integrity or design intent.
Keeping total costs within or below the approved estimate, managing margins tightly.
Meeting critical milestones and delivering the project on or before the contractual handover date.
Delivering a structure that matches the design specs perfectly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
