Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
Develop designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Coordinate with civil engineers, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and approval requirements.
Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during construction.
Assist in material selection, space planning, and design development.
Ensure project designs meet quality standards, functionality, and timelines.
