Provide IT support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email and software-related issues.
Manage company email IDs, user accounts and system access.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network connectivity.
Configure and maintain printers and other peripheral devices.
Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance and technical support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and IT equipment records.
Support and monitor CCTV and biometric attendance systems.
Perform regular data backup and assist with basic data security.
Maintain proper IT documentation and service records.




Provide IT support to all departments as required.
Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Perform other IT duties assigned by management.
