Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer with strong design development skills and practical experience in project execution. You will lead the translation of design concepts into detailed, executable drawings while coordinating closely with site teams to ensure design integrity is maintained from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts into practical, executable drawings and detailed working documents
Create comprehensive interior design schemes and design development packages
Prepare detailed working drawings with accuracy and clarity
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants during execution
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges
Ensure design intent is preserved through all phases of the project
Collaborate with the studio team on material selection and detailing
Manage project timelines and deliver documentation within schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in architectural design and design development
Robust skills in interior design and design development
Excellent knowledge of detailed working drawings
Practical experience in site execution and coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)
Ability to develop design concepts into executable drawings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
