Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor production targets, quality standards, and work schedules.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the production area.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate with the Quality Control, Store, and Dispatch departments.
Maintain daily production reports and stock records.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion of production targets as per company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
