About the role

On-site senior role for engineers with 7+ years experience in Agentic AI, React, .NET, MySQL, and GCP-based enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities
Stay current on AI trends and apply AI across software development lifecycle phases




Propose and implement AI-enabled product features for improved customer experience
Design, develop, and maintain line-of-business applications using modern technologies including Agentic AI
Write secure, scalable, and maintainable code using React and .NET
Implement cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform
Design for performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune systems for high performance
Lead modules and ensure high-quality, high-performance delivery
Perform code and architecture reviews aligned with best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Mentor junior developers and solve complex technical challenges

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong proficiency in Agentic AI, AI tools, React, .NET, MySQL, and GCP
Excellent problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail
Experience working in Agile development environments
Nice to have: Node.js, Python, Golang, Oracle, and Azure cloud exposure
