About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-organised Front Office Executive to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, a professional attitude, and a genuine interest in working in the wedding photography, filmmaking and creative production industry.

This role involves client communication, team coordination, administrative support and assisting the business development team in acquiring new clients.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
Smart, confident, presentable and professional.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email and document preparation.
Ability to prepare quotations and communicate professionally with clients.
A positive attitude,



willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset.
Interest in wedding photography, filmmaking, media or creative production is an advantage.
