Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
Ability to prepare quality reports and inspection documents.
Communication and coordination with production, maintenance, suppliers, and customers.
A typical daily routine includes:
Review production plans and customer quality requirements.
Inspect pretreatment chemical parameters and process conditions.
Verify first-piece samples before mass production.
Check coating thickness, appearance, and curing parameters during production.
Record inspection results and identify defects.
Coordinate with production to correct process deviations.
Inspect finished products before dispatch.
Prepare daily quality reports and rejection analysis.
Follow up on corrective actions and customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with work instructions and safety requirements.
