Job Description: Polymak India Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring Production Operators and Production Trainees under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) for our manufacturing facility. We are looking for motivated male and female candidates to join our production department.
Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure strict quality standards. Perform routine product inspections and report any issues. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly. Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area. Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues. Maintain production logs and records. Coordinate effectively with the team to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Any Degree.
Salary & Advantages:
ITI: ₹16,500/month (₹15,000 + ₹1,500)
Diploma / Any Degree: ₹18,000/month (₹16,500 + ₹1,500)
