We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, financial planning, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid financial management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and applicable statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and management reports.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory documents.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management.
Develop and implement effective financial controls, accounting procedures,



and risk management practices.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement in financial processes.
Lead and guide the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications
M.Com with CA qualification.
8–9 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
