Jr. Account Responsibilities
Data Entry: Recording daily financial transactions, invoices, expenses, and revenues in the Empire software.
Bookkeeping: Maintaining and updating financial journals, ledgers, and accounts.
Reconciliation: Matching bank statements with internal ledger records to identify and fix discrepancies.
Accounts Payable : Processing vendor invoices, verifying bills, and preparing payments.
Accounts Receivable : Preparing client invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue balances.
Assisting in Month-End Close: Helping senior accountants prepare financial statements and balance sheets at the end of the month.
Tax Documentation: Assisting in compiling paperwork for GST, TDS, Income Tax, or other local tax filings.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or SAP, along with solid skills in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), double-entry bookkeeping, and tax regulations.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, robust numerical ability, positive communication, and time management.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
