Job Description
Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth through telecalling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Identify prospective clients, builders, contractors, architects, and industrial companies.
Introduce the company's PEB and structural steel products and services to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant information with the sales team.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and discuss business opportunities.
Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and recent business prospects.
Achieve assigned daily calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
