Visit and monitor assigned client sites regularly.
Coordinate with site supervisors and employees.
Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, and shift arrangements.
Ensure employees report to duty as per schedule.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for manpower requirements.
Support recruitment and replacement of manpower when required.
Monitor site discipline, grooming, and employee performance.
Collect and submit attendance, manpower, and operational reports.
Coordinate with clients and address routine site-level requirements.
Escalate operational issues to the reporting manager.
Support joining, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
