Mandatory Experience
RF Design experience with expertise on Atoll Planning Tool and Automatic cell planning (ACP)
Experience supporting LTE and 5G design projects.
Hands-on experience in cluster design activities.

LTE/5G RF Design experience.
Solid hands-on expertise in Atoll-based coverage prediction and propagation modeling.
Expertise in Automatic cell planning (ACP) and ability to analyze the output/recommendations.
Experience in cluster-level analysis, prediction, recommendation generation, and post-design validation.
Ability to identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable solutions, including:
Hardware upgrades
Antenna type changes
Antenna parameter optimization (height, azimuth, tilt)
Multi-beam antenna solutions
Low-band coverage enhancement strategies
Solid understanding of Nokia RAN technologies and design methodologies.
Ability to recommend and validate improvements related to coverage & KPIs.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
