We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily order processing, product listings, and seller panel operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

The ideal candidate should be organized, computer-savvy, and capable of managing daily operations efficiently while maintaining listing accuracy and timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Dispatch
Process daily orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller panels.
Download and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
Coordinate product packing and ensure orders are ready for timely pickup.
Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and undelivered orders.
Maintain daily order processing records and resolve basic order-related issues.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create and upload current product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Write product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and search keywords.
Upload product images and update product prices, inventory, and variations.
Monitor listing status, suppressed listings, and catalog errors.
Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
Seller Panel Management
Regularly check seller dashboards for orders, returns, notifications,



and account health.
Track inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Assist with return claims, seller support tickets, and operational issues.
Maintain accurate daily reports of orders and listing activities.

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge and positive typing skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho seller panels will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers can apply; e-commerce experience is an advantage.
Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
